Jens Waldner is a member of the Paris Bar, specialising in public and private mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate litigation, including liability claims against directors and auditors, and post-acquisition disputes (earn-outs, warranty claims, etc.).

He has recognised experience in highly regulated sectors, particularly finance and insurance, and has taken part in numerous complex transactions and disputes, as well as administrative investigations led by the AMF and the ACPR.

Arthur Huiban is a senior lecturer and holds a doctorate from the University of Geneva and the University of Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne.

He works regularly with Vermeille & Co to strengthen its financial and accounting analysis capabilities under French and European market rules. His expertise covers auditing, capital transactions and financial communication, with particular attention to the defence of minority shareholders.
